I’m Jennifer Franklin, a REALTOR® with Vanguard Realty, proudly serving Ruston, Monroe, West Monroe, Sterlington, and communities across North Louisiana.

 

Before real estate, I spent more than 33 years in healthcare, caring for patients during some of the most important moments of their lives. That career taught me to listen first, communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and genuinely care for the people I’m serving. Those same values are the foundation of how I approach real estate today.

 

To me, this business has never been about selling houses. It’s about helping people through life’s transitions with honesty, patience, and guidance they can trust. Whether you’re buying your first home, searching for land, upgrading, downsizing, or selling a place filled with memories, my goal is to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

 

As a lifelong Louisianian, I love sharing what makes North Louisiana such a special place to call home. From local businesses and community events to hidden gems and neighborhoods, I enjoy helping my clients find not just the right property, but the right lifestyle.

 

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me spending time with my husband, our two sons and family, attending college sporting events, or serving as a CASA volunteer. I’m a proud ULM alumna, my youngest son attends Louisiana Tech, and I love supporting college athletics across our region. You’ll also find me sharing encouragement, local favorites, and everyday life on social media.

 

My faith is the foundation of everything I do, and I pray over this business daily. I believe every client I meet is more than just a transaction…they’re a relationship, and I never take the trust they’ve placed in me for granted.
